Who is responsible for your data
drome.io is operated by Vitae Soluções em Engenharia Ltda ("DROME"), Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 13.506.245/0001-37, headquartered at Edf. Comercial Elite, Salas 1004/1005, Costa Azul, Salvador, BA, Brazil. In the United States, DROME operates through DROME, Corporation (EIN 30-1477900), with an office at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Orlando, FL 32819.

We do not sell personal data and we do not buy contact lists.
Cookies
Necessary cookies are always on because the site needs them, for example to remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled after you accept them in the banner, and you can change that choice at any time.
The site also stores in your browser, for up to 90 days, the page where you arrived and the campaign parameters that brought you. This data only leaves your browser if you submit the form.
Who we share data with
- DROME Admin, our own CRM, where your contact request is recorded.
- Oracle Cloud, São Paulo region, which hosts the site and the CRM.
- Twilio, which sends our emails (SendGrid) and handles phone calls made by our sales team.
- Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), only with your consent for analytics or marketing cookies.
- Meta (WhatsApp), when you choose to talk to us on WhatsApp.
- Cloudflare, for site delivery and security.
International transfers
DROME’s team in the United States (DROME, Corporation) may access contact data to serve you, and some of the providers above process data outside Brazil. In these cases we apply the safeguards required by art. 33 of the LGPD.
How long we keep data
- Contact requests: up to 24 months after the last contact, or for as long as the business relationship lasts.
- Browsing data in Google Analytics: for the period set in our account, up to 14 months.
- After that, data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of stored data, backups and role-based access control in the CRM.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Relevant changes will be announced on the site.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, withdrawal of consent and objection to marketing emails.
Write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
